The thing with competitioning is you can do it part time, full time or casually. I have my phases. Of late I've been doing it full time and the it's true, the harder I work the luckier I get.
Last week I was judged the major prize winner of a spa retreat in the hinterland.
I've just spent the past three days there and what an amazing adventure it was.
To be so pampered so often, is just amazing. If only they'd had a matchmaking service at the same place it would have been perfect! LOL
I come home from experiences like this and am grateful for my hobby/part time job and where it's taken me and how.
And boy has it taken me.
Only a short one today, I'm still recovering from complete and utter relaxation - a nice place to be, let me tell you!
