If you regularly read magazines then you will know that they feature numerous competitions each month to get involved in. For those that don't either consider buying them regularly or irregularly to give you opportunities to enter or do a magazine swap with a friend so you both have a chance to not only enter the competitions but read the magazine as well.
Failing that most magazines have an online site where their competitions are featured. Take Marie Claire for example - this is their US site, UK site and their Australian site (depending on where you live) all of which feature competitions for you to enter.
If Marie Claire does not interest you then search out your favourite magazine, bookmark it and keep an eye out for those competitions that do.
